If you have several login attempt failures in quick succession, your account may be locked temporarily.
To unlock your account, follow these instructions:
- Click the following link: "Unlock/Activate your account"
- Enter your e-mail address and click "Next"
- When prompted, enter the answer to your security question to unlock your account. (Your answer is case sensitive)
After your account is unlocked, return to the login screen to access your account.
