If you need to find the vacancy an applicant has applied to, you can do this by using the search applicants function.
- Looking at the menu bar at the top of the page click on “People” (It is next to “Vacancies”, if you cannot see it, click on the “Up” tab)
- Click on “Applicants”
- Enter the applicant’s name and/or email address
- Click “Search”
If you have multiple divisions and are unsure which division the applicant may have applied to, you can tick the “Client wide search” button to search all divisions. If you do not see the “Client wide search” button you will need to add it by amending your preferences.
