If an applicant contacts you because they can not remember their log in details to their Applicant Portal, or they cannot find the original email asking to set a password, there are two ways in which the password can be reset.

The applicant can request a reset password link themselves by going to the Applicant Portal - my.talentvine.co.uk and clicking on "Forgot your password". As the recruiter, you can also send them a resent password link from within their application screen.

  1. Click to view the applicant’s application
  2. Ensure you are on the first tab “Application for APPLICANT NAME”
  3. Click on the  link underneath the applicant’s address: “Reset Applicants Portal Login Details”
  4. This will send the applicant a reset password link to their primary email address
