If an applicant contacts you because they can not remember their log in details to their Applicant Portal, or they cannot find the original email asking to set a password, there are two ways in which the password can be reset.
The applicant can request a reset password link themselves by going to the Applicant Portal - my.talentvine.co.uk and clicking on "Forgot your password". As the recruiter, you can also send them a resent password link from within their application screen.
- Click to view the applicant’s application
- Ensure you are on the first tab “Application for APPLICANT NAME”
- Click on the link underneath the applicant’s address: “Reset Applicants Portal Login Details”
- This will send the applicant a reset password link to their primary email address
