How do I progress an applicant as part of my recruitment process?
When viewing an application you have the ability to progress the applicant through your recruitment process with options including conducting pre-screening, telephone interview, face to face interview booking and offer stages and ultimately (hopefully!) marking an applicant as hired.
The drop down selection in the "Progress Application" box will show you the stages available for you to progress the applicant.
Select the relevant stage you would like to progress the applicant to and click on "Progress". A pop up box will appear asking you to confirm your selection. Once confirmed the applicant will be moved to the new stage.
