Recruiter: How do I add a Hiring Manager to the ATS? (Division Specific)


Use this guide if you would like to add a Hiring Manager for a specific division. If you do not have divisions or your Hiring Manager is responsible for creating requisitions for multiple divisions, please use our "Recruiter: How do I add a Hiring Manager to the ATS? (Global Access)" guide instead.

  1. Switch into the division you would like your Hiring Manager to be in.
  2. Using the top menu tab, click on “Organisation” > “3rd Party” > “3rd Party” 
  3. Next to “Department Portal Users” click on the +
  4. Enter the required details, keeping “User Roles” as “Hiring Manager” and “User API Key” as “Generate new key”.
  5. Click “Save”. Your Hiring Manager will be emailed to allow them to set up their password to access the Hiring Manager Portal.
